Enrolling into the VCE Master Classes & VCE ‘No-Brainer’ Combo 1 & 2 Using this Form
Important
If you are enrolling more than one student (e.g., siblings), you must enrol each student separately to ensure each student’s courses are assigned to their own unique profile. Please ensure you select “New Customer” when enrolling each student for the first time and use the student’s email address as the customer. The parent’s/payer’s name/email address should be entered in the Payer screen (to become the secondary contact on each enrolled student profiles). This will ensure the student enrolment is linked to eLearning and the parent/payee receives all relevant communications as the secondary contact.
Step 1: Scroll down until you reach the tab labelled with the Subject & Unit that you’d like to enrol in.
Step 2: Click the tab labelled with the Subject & Unit that you’d like to enrol in. This will display the available Units afor the chosen subject.
Step 3: Click the bright green button on the right hand side of the Unit 2 or Unit 4 table. Note that a new web page will open.
Step 4: Indicate which ‘No-Brainer’ Combo Option you would like to enrol in (Click the arrow to the right of “Choose an option”, which is on the same line as the bright blue triangle).
Step 5: Click the bright green “Add to cart” button below the bright blue triangle to add your selection to your cart.
Step 6: If you have completed making your subject/combo selections, proceed to your cart (towards the top of the web page).
OR
Step 6: To enrol into an additional subject/combo, click the maroon (deep red/brown) button above the bright blue triangle.
This will take you back to the enrolment form.
Step 7: Repeat Steps 1 to 6 for each additional subject/combo you would like to enrol in.
Step 8: When you have finished making your subject & combo selections, proceed to your cart (towards the top of the web page).
What Happens After I Submit My Enrolment?

The following sequence of automated steps will occur:
Step 1: Upon submission of your payment, a Web Sales Order confirming the products ordered will be sent to the Account Holder’s email address & the Payer’s email address. This sales order will detail the subject(s) & VCE ‘No-Brainer’ Combo option(s) you have enrolled into together with your Transaction ID.
Step 2: Within the hour, a Paid Tax Invoice will be sent to the Payer’s email address from our Customer Database. This invoice will detail the subject(s) & VCE ‘No-Brainer’ Combo option(s) you have enrolled into together with your Transaction ID.
Step 3: Within the hour, a Confirmation will be sent to the Account Holder’s email address & the Payer’s email address from our Customer Database. Note that this confirmation ONLY lists the specific course(s) you have PAID FOR i.e. it will NOT include the bonus courses you have been enrolled in at no additional charge.
Step 4: An email will be sent to the Account Holder’s email address as soon as their online account has been set up on our e-learning portal (within 24 hours). This communication will include information explaining how to access your e-learning account & will list every subject course (paid & free) you have been enrolled in & will be available in your online account.
Reasons Why You Haven’t Received 1 or More of the Above Items
- If you changed the student/account holder’s name and/or email address in the existing account, your order may not synchronise with our
internal systems. - If you are enrolling a student using an existing sibling’s pre-existing account and changing names. Once again, this will prevent your order synchronisingwith our internal systems.
